 RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • You can request a return within 15 days of purchase.
    To be eligible for a refund, the Product must be in its original condition as shipped, including all tags and packaging. Please ensure that the item is unused, unworn, and free from any damage.

  • If the product is damaged due to reasons beyond our control or during the shipping process, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at contact@pastelvibes.com.
    We will work with you to address the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a refund or replacement. 
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund.
    Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

  • Refund will be processed within 5 business days after the date we receive the item. The time it takes for the funds to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

  • In the event an item is made-to-order, we will make every effort to deliver within 45 days. If we are unable to fulfill the order within this timeframe, a refund will be issued. 

  • Products damaged by the customer, including but not limited to misuse are non-refundable.
